Cherrydon Mobile Home Park has been around for over 68 years. You can live at Cherrydon Mobile Home Park for only $615.00 a month with trash fees covered by us. We are a senior community and you must be over 55 years old to live here. We currently do not accept RVs to stay in our community and we do not rent any mobile homes in our community. We are conveniently located, including being 10 minutes from local stores, 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center, 15 minutes from Playalinda Forest and Beach, and less than an hour from Disneyworld. 

We have 55 different spaces. You’ll love our small, quiet, and close-knit community. We have large trees and a great clubhouse available for family events and gatherings.
